I originally came across Swyftx by chance, at the referral of a friend who used to work here. I've always had an eye for cryptocurrencies, especially since a few of my friends were quite invested in it. At the time before joining, I was also looking for a more fast paced work environment, having spent most of my career in smaller businesses with relatively slower growth. When I was presented with the opportunity to work at Swyftx, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity for developing my skills as a developer, as well as exploring my interest in the crypto market.

Swyftx to me is the community! Like minded people, all aspiring to do the best they can, supporting growth and exploration, it's the best! From innovation time for the R&D department, to collaboration between the developers and customer support teams, and all the events that bring the company together. Seriously, I have never looked forward to coming into work on Monday until working at Swyftx, because I know it's going to be the start of another great week.
